Police Find Medical Records And Personal Goods In Ary Daru's Bag At Rooftop Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

The police revealed two bags that Ary Daru Pangayunan had brought to the rooftop or top floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu) building containing personal goods to medical records.

Ary Daru Pangayunan is known to have climbed to the 12th floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building on July 7 or the day before being found dead.

"So there were two bags found on the rooftop, the goodie bag contained the clothes he bought," said Head of Sub-Division of Public Relations Bid Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Reonald Simanjuntak to VOI, Monday, July 28.

The diplomat from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is said to have shopped at a shopping center located in the Central Jakarta area.

Meanwhile, backpacks contain work equipment and so on. However, there is no cell phone on the bag.

Ary Daru Pangayunan is said to have two cellphones but one of them has not been found until now.

"Until now, the cellphone has not been found," he said.

From the bag, investigators also found a medical record that explained that Ary Daru Pangayunan had a disease. However, it was not conveyed in detail about it.

Only mentioned on medical records dated June 9, 2025, Ary Daru Pangayunan had to undergo outpatient treatment for his illness.

"This time it should not be conveyed, but explains that the person concerned is outpatient from the illness he experienced," said Reonald.

Meanwhile, Ary Daru Pangayunan carried a carrying bag and shopping bag when he climbed to the highest floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. However, it was abandoned when it got off.

Arya Daru Pangayunan was found dead in the 'Gues House Gondia' in the 105th room, Jalan Gondangdia Kecil, No 22, Cikini Village, Menteng District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, July 8.

When found, the body of Arya Daru Pangayunan was covered in plastic and duct tape in yellow. Currently, the cause of death is unknown.
