The Steps Of The ASN Sanctions Provincial Government Playing Judol Supported By The DKI Jakarta DPRD
JAKARTA - The steps taken by the Governor of DKI Pramono Anung who will not give promotions to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are still repeating online gambling (judol) after coaching has received the support of DKI Jakarta DPRD Member William Aditya Sarana.
"I think it's a proportional thing because ASN works for the state. Meanwhile, they violate state law by playing online gambling," William said, quoting Antara.
According to him, the move by the Governor of DKI Jakarta not to give promotions to ASN who are proven to be playing judol is a balanced or proportional thing, considering that ASN is a civil servant who must comply with the regulations that have been set.
For this reason, continued William, ASN also needs to be checked whether the flow of money they have is detected as playing judol or not.
"If, for example, they have found the profile of our ASN affected by online gambling, they must be immediately disciplined and also reprimanded and then there must be guidance," he said.
Previously, the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung Wibowo, emphasized that ASN, who was still repeating playing judol after coaching, would not be given a promotion.

"One of the sanctions that will be given is that we will never promote it," said Pramono Anung at Jakarta City Hall, Thursday (24/7).
Pramono said he had asked his staff to take firm action against judol actors. However, he considered that not all judol players were perpetrators, but like being entangled in judol actions as victims.
For this reason, Pramono asked the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) and the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) to provide guidance to judol actors. Especially if the perpetrators include ASN within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
