Lampung Governor: Lampung In Application Becomes An Instrument To Monitor Corruption
Lampung Governor Rahmat Mirzani Djausal said digital public services through the Lampung In application could be used as an instrument for monitoring and preventing corruption in accordance with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) monitoring center for prevention (MCP) area.
"A good system is not only a technical matter, but a culture that is all used as daily habits. And a perspective in government administration with a bureaucratic ecosystem that is professional, transparent, and service-oriented," said Rahmat Mirzani Djausal based on his statement in Bandarlampung, Saturday.
He said one of the main instruments that can assist in the supervision and eradication of corruption is the digitization of public services, which is considered effective in reducing potential irregularities.
"With digitalization, we can minimize interaction gaps that are prone to irregularities. As part of the digitalization strategy, the Lampung Provincial Government has developed the Lampung In application, namely an integrated digital service platform that allows people to access various government services quickly, transparently, and integrated," he said.

He explained that the application includes population administration services, licensing, public complaint information, health services, education, to local government performance reports.
"This application can also function as a monitoring instrument that is in line with the KPK's monitoring center for prevention (MCP) area. Especially in strengthening public services, transparency in regional spending, and community participation in government supervision," he said.
He continued that preventing corruption is a shared responsibility across sectors, which demands collaborative thinking.
"The achievement of Lampung Province in the monitoring center for prevention (MCP) program initiated by the KPK will score 87.48 until 2024. And Lampung shows a positive trend in the implementation of bureaucratic reform and strengthening the integrity system," he added.
The MCP program itself includes eight strategic areas that are points of intervention for the KPK, namely APBD planning and preparation, procurement of goods and services, public services, ASN management, regional asset management (BMD), optimization of regional income, and strengthening APIP.
"Despite having a high score, the challenges ahead are even greater. All ranks are expected not to be complacent with this achievement, but this can serve as a reminder that there is still a lot of room to improve," he said.
He also invited all parties to make Lampung an example of an area that is able to balance technological innovation, bureaucratic reform, and integrity in public services.

"Let's make Lampung a role model for provinces that are inspiring, brave, clean, and responsible, don't let your guard down," he said again.
