OpenAI Launches Agent ChatGPT On Mac Version App

JAKARTA OpenAI has started rolling out the Agent feature in the Mac version of the ChatGPT application. With this feature, ChatGPT can explore various websites, analyze data, and produce codes.

Agent ChatGPT is a feature that combines the In-depth Research System and an action-based Operator tool. Thanks to this combined system, the feature can read and interpret web content.

Basically, this feature is created to simplify various workflows. Both in the Mac app version or the web version, Agent ChatGPT will appear in the same way. Users only need to type/agent to enable the feature.

There is also the Agent button at the bottom of the prompt box that can be immediately tapped. Once enabled, the user can submit the desired task command. Users can customize and perfect the work of the Agent.

OpenAI briefly demonstrated a number of capabilities from Agents. This feature can make wedding planning, find clothes for various types of events, plan travel routes, check hotel prices, and many more.

Agents can also retrieve data from third parties, such as Google Drive, and use Terminal and OpenAI image generators to create slide presentations automatically. In other words, Agents can also meet the needs of the user's business.

ChatGPT agents can be accessed by ChatGPT Pro, Plus, and Team customers. At the end of July, OpenAI plans to expand Agent capabilities to ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu users.
