New Innovation Mitsubishi Fuso, Introduces Ecosystem Supporting ECinter Electric Trucks At GIIAS 2025

TANGERANG - PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of commercial vehicles from Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) in Indonesia, brought new innovations at the GIIAS 2025 event.

In this biggest exhibition in Indonesia, KTB Fuso presents a new innovation to complement the eCanter electric truck ecosystem. The innovation in question is in the form of an EV Mobile Charger which uses the Chassis Mitsubishi Fuso Canter base. The main function of this Mobile Charger EV is as a charging facility capable of reaching eCanter consumers anywhere in certain situations.

General Manager of Business Communication of PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, Sudaryanto, said that the Mobile Charger EV brought was Mitsubishi Fuso's support in creating a complete electric truck ecosystem in Indonesia.

"We want to show that Mitsubishi Fuso as the Mainstay of Business Sejati, not only provides electric trucks but also Solutive and applicative after-sale services for entrepreneurs," said Sudaryanto, when met at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Saturday, July 26.

This Mobile Charger EV comes with a length of 4,785 mm, a width of 1,850 mm, and a height of 2,500 mm. Inside this unit, a 65 kWh capacity charger battery is pinned with a charging speed of 60 kW capable of providing fast electricity supply in emergency situations.

Interestingly, the Mobile Charger EV is also equipped with a solar panel to provide and distribute electricity to its caroseri units. Not only that, this mobile charger is also designed with a hydraulic towing system (hydraulic elevator towing) capable of pulling electric trucks eCanter, making it a reliable multifunctional unit in an emergency if needed. Later, this Mobile Charger EV unit will be alerted to the Mitsubishi Fuso authorized dealer network in the JABODETABEK area.

Present Operating Lease Scheme For The ECanter

On the same occasion, Mitsubishi Fuso also answered the needs of business actors who want to use the eCanter as an operational vehicle more easily and flexibly through the lease scheme (Operating Lease).

Mitsubishi Fuso formed a partnership with PT Takari Kokoh Sejahtera as a trusted partner that will facilitate the implementation of the Operating Lease scheme. Through a rental system with a lighter, more practical, and adaptive cost, this scheme is expected to encourage more and more business actors to adopt eCanter electric trucks into their business operations as part of green logistics.
