China Open 2025: List 2 Indonesian Representatives In Semifinals
JAKARTA Indonesia's hope for a title at the 2025 China Open is still open after two representatives managed to set their feet in the semifinals.
The series of matches for the quarter-finals of the BWF Super 1000 level event will be completed on Friday, July 25, 2025, WIB night. Indonesia has four representatives who are fighting and two of them have to bury their dreams.
The possibility of winning the title in China now remains with the men's doubles Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri and the mixed doubles only Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu.

The two pairs both stopped the third seed to keep their dreams in the tournament on.
Jafar/Felisha continued their journey after stopping Tang Chun Man/Tse Ying Suet from Hong Kong, while Fajar/Fikri repatriated Kim Won-ho/Seo Seung-jae from South Korea.
The two representatives who had to pack the suitcase were the women's singles Gregoria Mariska Tunjung and the mixed doubles Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja.
In the semifinals, Jafar/Felisha will face tougher challenges. The pair that won the Taipei Open 2025 will meet the second seed belonging to the host Jiang Zhen Bang/Wei Ya Xin.
Fajar/Fikri also meet the host pair. The pair, who just debuted at the Japan Open 2025 last week, will be tested fifth seed, Liang Wei Limput/Wang Chang.
The semifinal match only uses one field. Jafar/Felisha will play the first in the third party, following Fajar/Fikri playing in the eighth party.
The match of the semifinals of the China Open 2025 will start at 10.00 local time or 09.00 WIB.
