Five Indonesian Travelers Passed The Selection Of The Mandalika Racing Series
JAKARTA A total of five young Indonesian racers have passed the tight selection through the Mandalika Racing Series and will participate in the 2025 Riders Summer Camp.
The five young riders are Decksa Almer Alfarezel, Argiya Farrell Ramadhan, Adytya Fauzi, Muhammad Rama Putra Septiawan, and Hafizd Fahril Rasyadan.
These names were born from a collaboration between PT Pertamina Lubricants (PTPL) through its flagship brand, Pertamina Enduro, and Valentino Rossi's team, VR46 Racing Team.
"We hope this collaboration can open up opportunities for young national racers who have the potential to experience and direct training with world professional racers competing in MotoGP," said PT Pertamina Lubricants Vice President Marketing, Nugroho Setyo Utomo.

This collaboration comes in the form of an exclusive training program titled Pertamina Enduro VR46 Riders Academy. This opens global access for young Indonesian racers to learn directly from the world racing ecosystem.
The program has started in January 2025 at the Mandalika Circuit and will continue on July 28 August 3, 2025 through intensive training titled Riders Summer Camp in Tavullia, Italy.
Tavullia is the headquarters of the VR46 Riders Academy which has given birth to big names, such as Franco Morbidelli, Francesco Bagnaia, and Marco Bezzecki.
The participants will later train at Valentino Rossi's Ranch Motor and Misano's legendary circuit. In addition to technical training, this program is also designed to shape the character and mentality of the rider.
"The rider must be able to show the best performance, both physically and mentally, and remain confident when undergoing training in Tavullia. This is part of the formation of the winning mentality," said Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero).
Before leaving for Italy, drivers who will go to get brief briefing from national rally legends, Rifat Sungkar, and Dimas Ekky, Indonesian motorcycle riders and Training of Trainers (ToT) RSC 2025.
On that occasion, the two names shared experiences and tips about readiness to face international training.
"To become a great racer, motivation is the main fuel. Rare opportunities like this, young Indonesian riders must be able to take lessons and make this a stepping stone for their careers," said Rifat.
