The Perpetrator Of The Balita Obscenity In Makassar, East Jakarta, Asked For Peace, Rejected By The Victim's Family

The perpetrator of sexual abuse with the initials O (50) had asked for peace so that the case was resolved amicably to the family of the victim's family A (4), but was rejected. The victim's family refused and continued to choose legal channels.

F (50), the victim's grandmother, explained that the night after the incident occurred on Saturday, July 19, 2025, a mediation was held involving the head of the RT, RW, the victim's family, and the family of the alleged perpetrator.

However, the alleged perpetrator O was not present at the mediation. According to F, O has disappeared since the incident.

"That finally the family of the alleged perpetrator represented the victim for mediation, but at that time they asked for it to be resolved amicably," said F when confirmed, Friday, July 25, 2025.

F admitted that he was willing, as long as O was present at the mediation that night. However, the request could not be fulfilled.

"But the family could not follow this, in the end his family (the perpetrator) said 'handover F wants to go away from the family, legally also please, I have let go'," he said.

Because he did not get clarity from the mediation, F decided to report this alleged harassment case to the East Jakarta Metro Police. He received full support from environmental devices.

"Mr. RT and Mr. RW said 'Please go to the police station', I was also assisted by Karang Taruna for the files," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a toddler was a victim of sexual harassment by a neighbor of his own in the Makasar area, East Jakarta. The incident was caught on an amateur camera and uploaded by the @infopinangranti account.

The perpetrator's mode is to invite victims who are playing under the toll road along with other children.

Then the victims were invited into the perpetrator's house unit. This act of harassment was only revealed when the victim's grandmother was looking for the whereabouts of her grandson.
