Donnarumma Targeted By Galatasaray Because The Contract At PSG Is Almost Out

Tuttomercatoweb reported that Galatasaray was preparing a sensational offer for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper and Italy National Team Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The Turkish club did not keep their intention to crash the transfer market by recruiting the mainstay goalkeeper for the 2025/2026 season.

They submitted proposals to three goalkeepers, namely Mike Maignan (AC Milan), Yann Sommer (Inter Milan), and Ederson (Manchester City).

Now, reports appear in Italy that their latest target is Donnarumma, whose contract with Paris Saint-Germain is running out.

Donnarumma's contract expires in June 2026 and PSG isn't ready to keep his current salary of 12 million euros per season so he can leave as a free agent next summer.

Galatasaray is confident to get the Italian player, following an agreement worth 75 million euros for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.

However, with the possibility of Chelsea, Inter Milan, and Juventus joining the hunt if he leaves Paris, it is unlikely that Donnarumma will be tempted by a proposal from Istanbul.
