PT PII's Net Profit In June Skyrocketed 103 Percent Of Its Annual Target

JAKARTA - PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) or PII, one of the special mission vehicles (SMV) of the Ministry of Finance, recorded that the company's net profit reached IDR 459 billion in the first semester of 2025 or 103 percent of the annual target of IDR 44 billion.

Plt Direktur Utama PII Andre Permana menyampaikan pencapaian tersebut sejalan dengan kinerja keuangan perseroan yang tumbuh stabil dan terus berkembang dalam lima tahun terakhir.

"As of the first semester of 2025, from the target of net profit in 2025 of IDR 44 billion, we have achieved slightly above the achievement, which is 103 percent of the target," said Andre quoting Antara.

In addition to net profit, he said that the growth of PII's equity, assets, and liabilities was also maintained.

He said that until June 2025, the company's total equity reached Rp. 16.97 trillion, consisting of Rp. 10.65 trillion in state capital participation (PMN) and Rp. 6.32 trillion in profit balances.

These funds are used to support the guarantee of various infrastructure sectors, including the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Andre said that the company recorded a gearing ratio of 6.2 times the maximum limit of 12 times, showing sufficient space to expand the guarantee capacity.

While PMN's leverage reached 54 times, reflecting the optimization of government support for infrastructure investment.

PII also maintains AAA's highest domestic credit rating and international ranking BBB with a stable outlook according to Fitch Ratings.

This achievement is supported by corporate governance and good risk management, as well as success in supporting the government's cooperation scheme with business entities (PPP).

The success of the collaboration scheme helped PII to win the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Agency of the Year 2025 award in the Institution Awards category at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Award 2025 which was held by multimedia company The Asset in Singapore on July 2.

The company also recorded a contribution to state revenues which tended to increase since 2021. Throughout the first semester of 2025, PII has paid taxes of IDR 115 billion and dividends of IDR 186 billion.

"PII's contribution to state revenues accumulated from 2021 to the first semester of 2025 reached Rp1.64 trillion, consisting of payment of taxes and dividend payments to the government," said Andre.
