Finally Clubhouse Presents Android Version
JAKARTA - Android users can't wait to try out the Clubhouse application. Yes! Soon the audio chat application will be present on the Android operating system.
According to Clubhouse, the company has confirmed that it will begin testing a beta version for Android. Since its debut in March 2020, Clubhouse is only available exclusively on Apple's iOS devices.
However, Clubhouse said that this beta stage is still not available for everyone, aka for limited users.
"We can't wait to welcome more Android users to Clubhouse over the next few weeks," said Clubhouse as quoted by TNW, Thursday, May 6.
However, it is not yet known when Clubhouse will officially release this Android version. However, because it has entered the beta trial stage, it is certain that Clubhouse will launch in the near future.
Android Clubhouse developer, Mopewa, recently gave a number of leaks on Twitter about the signs of social media presence on the Android platform.
Mopewa uploaded two pictures that read sent form my iPhone and sent from Pixel. It is known, Pixel is Google's Android smartphone brand.
The Clubhouse expansion to Android means that the platform will be publicly available. Of course this is important, because competitors such as Facebook and Twitter have also started to present similar features on their respective platforms.
