GP Ansor And Indomaret Establish Retail Partnership, Present Three Business Models
JAKARTA - The Ansor Youth Movement (GP) has officially formed a partnership with the Indomaret Group to build the economic independence of cadres through the development of modern retail networks in various regions.
GP General Chairperson Ansor Addin Jauharudin said this partnership cooperation opens up opportunities for Ansor cadres in all regions to be directly involved in the retail business ecosystem, from stalls to minimarkets.
"We have been looking for an effective and efficient organizational-based economic development model for a long time. Over the past year, we have continued to learn through various trial and error processes," he said at the signing of the MoU between GP Ansor and PT Indomaret Group, in Jakarta, Tuesday, July 22.
As a follow-up to this partnership cooperation, Addin said GP Ansor has also formed an Ansor-Owned Enterprise (BUMA) as a cooperative entity that oversees eight business lines including the retail sector.
Furthermore, Addin said that through BUMA there are three types of retail business models that can be owned by Ansor cadres and administrators in all regions.
The details, first, the Indomaret minimarket model as the highest level with an estimated investment of around Rp. 500 million. However, this figure does not include buildings and locations.
Second, BUMA Minimart for a medium scale with an investment of IDR 160 million. Third, Warung BUMA as a micro model with investments ranging from IDR 45 million to IDR 60 million.
"(For this type) of Rp45 (million), the cadre only has a capital of Rp10 million, then the Rp10 million, assisted by Bank Mandiri in the form of racks as its CSR, and Rp25 million in exchange rate as the value of its goods," he said.
Addin explained that this business scheme is open to cadres and administrators at the branch to branch level. However, with a note, the business location is affordable from the Indogrosir distribution network, an Indomaret subsidiary that supplies goods from regional warehouses.
"Because this is a pure business, pure effort, I encourage anyone, administrators, then branches, regions, to branches, this is an opportunity open to anyone who wants to do business easily through this. So friends are daily administrators, please, to register," said Addin.
