Met on the same occasion, Deputy for Exploration, Development and Management of the Working Area, Rikky Rahmat Firdaus said, for the first development plan in the Tuna Block, Harbor Energy decided to leave. According to Rikky, this is due to the continuing sanctions from the western state for Russia
"So for the POD 1 Tuna, there was indeed a position from the previous KKKS Harbor that he could not continue if there was a SANCTION US, right next to him (Zarubezhneft)," said Rikky.
On the other hand, he continued, Harbour Energy also has a desire to work on other projects in the northern sea area. This is supported by the onstream target of the Tuna Block which has been set in 2028-2029, so that the continuation of the Tuna field will be worked on by Zarubezhneft.

Rikky also said that the process of leaving Harbor from the Tuna Block was also running smoothly because the British oil and gas company was willing to submit data to the next operator.
