Real Madrid Veterans Leave And Will Not Return
JAKARTA - Lucas Vazquez, an important Real Madrid player in one of the most successful eras, will end his tenure with the Spanish giant.
The club and the player said in the middle of last week that he would not be adding to his cooperation for another season.
"I left Real Madrid, but Real Madrid will never leave me. Wherever I go, I will proudly say that I have the honor of playing for the best team in the world."

Real Madrid have held a farewell ceremony for Vazquez - 34-year-old - on weekends.
"Real Madrid would like to express our gratitude and gratitude to Lucas Vazquez, one of the great legends of our club," Real Madrid said in a statement.
Vazquez is one of the most successful players with Real Madrid, having helped the club win 23 titles, including five Champions Leagues and four in La Liga.
He performed 402 times, mostly playing as a right-back, but also as an attacker, attacking midfielder, and contributing from the bench.

Vazquez joined the club's youth academy in 2007 at the age of 16. After being loaned to Espanyol for one season, he made his debut with Real Madrid's first team in 2015.
He did not immediately announce his plans for the future.
Meanwhile, Vazquez is not the only legend to leave Bernabeu ahead of the 2025/2026 season. There was Luka Modric who moved to AC Milan and Manager Carlo Ancelotti who gave way for Xabi Alonso to take over as coach.
Real Madrid went through a disappointing season with their high standards, lost their Spanish league title from Barcelona and failed to reach the 2025 Club World Cup finals and the 2024/2025 Champions League.
