0 People Examined Regarding The Ricuh Of The KDM Children's Marriage People's Party
As many as 10 people have been questioned by the police for the investigation process related to the chaos of the Garut People's Entertainment event, the Garut Deputy Regent's wedding series with the son of West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) in Pendopo, Garut Regency, which caused three fatalities.
"We have examined several people, we have examined approximately 10 people," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Garut Police, AKP Joko Prihatin, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 21.
The police have conducted a series of investigations at the scene of the incident of distributing free food to the public during the wedding ceremony of Garut Deputy Regent Putri Karlina with Maula Akbar, the son of the Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi.
Not only checking conditions in the field, the police also examined a number of people who had something to do with organizing the wedding people's party, such as security parties, "wedding organizers" (WO), Satpol PP, health teams, and other parties.
"We have checked all parties, both from security, WO, Satpol PP, other parties at the location, along with ambulances, and the health team," he said.
After the rioting incident at the Garut Hall, Friday (18/7) afternoon, his party conducted a series of investigations starting from the investigation of the crime scene, and collecting statements from a number of witnesses.
Furthermore, the case, he said, was delegated to the Directorate of General Crimes (Krimum) of the West Java Police to complete the legal process for the free meal distribution incident.
"We submit everything along with the police report, and we submit all the investigation files or we transfer them to the West Java Police Crime," he said.
The delegation of the handling of the case was based on orders from the West Java Police Chief who previously also came directly to Garut to check the location of the incident at the Garut Hall.
"Further investigations will be carried out by the West Java Regional Police, we are also ready to help," he said.

The incident left three people dead, namely one member of the Garut Police, namely Bripka Cecep Saeful Bahri (39), and two civilians, an eight-year-old Vania Aprilia, and Dewi Jubaeda (61), a resident of Garut.
