The Revocation Of Nikita Mirzani's Wanpresation Report Held Today
JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, was seen attending the South Jakarta District Court to attend the trial to determine the withdrawal of the Rp100 M Wanprestasi lawsuit which his client had filed with Reza Gladys some time ago.
Fahmi explained that he had withdrawn this report since July 14 and had submitted it to the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).
"Today is a trial for the continuation of the default lawsuit where God willing, I, who on July 14, officially conveyed the revocation of the lawsuit. I leave it to PTSP here and there is a receipt," said Fahmi Bachmid at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, July 21.
"Furthermore, in the administrative process of revocation, the Panel of Judges will issue a legal product. Its name is determination," he continued.
Fahmi Bachmid emphasized that the withdrawal of this report was not due to lack of evidence to sue Reza Gladys but because of the priority scale.

"Not (because the evidence is lacking), a priority scale issue. So let us concentrate fully on the crime," explained Fahmi.
"In the crime, everything will be revealed later and we can bring all the materials back for the civil case," he continued.
He also said that this revocation was a wish from Nikita Mirzani herself.
"Immediately, immediately he (Nikita Mirzani) signed," he said.
