KPK Summons 2 Witnesses From PT Telkom Regarding Allegations Of Corruption In The Digitization Of Pertamina Gas Stations
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned two witnesses regarding the alleged corruption of the PT Pertamina (Persero) gas station digitization project for the 2018-2023 period today, July 21. One of them is Mardirin, who is the Manager of the Capex Procurement Process 3 PT Telkom.
"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Monday, July 21.
Apart from Mardirin, investigators also summoned Agil Saputro, who is the Officer of 3 Capex Procurement Process 3 Telkom for the 2018-2021 period. Budi has not detailed the material for the examination of the two, but the investigation will be carried out regarding the alleged corruption that is being handled.
"The KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses suspected of corruption related to the PT Pertamina (Persero) gas station digitization project for the 2018-2023 period," he explained.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.
To investigate this case, the anti-corruption commission has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects were named, namely DR and W from PT Telkom and E as Directors of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi.
In addition, the anti-corruption commission is also exploring the role of PT Telkom in the process of digitizing gas stations which has resulted in harm to the state. Investigators are sure to continue to work to strengthen the evidence they already have.
