Prabowo's Joke At PSI Congress: I Think Bahlil Gerindra

SOLO - President Prabowo Subianto again showed a humanist and humorous side in his speech at the 2nd Congress of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), Sunday, July 20, 2025 at the KH Ahmad Dahlan EduTORium, Surakarta Muhammadiyah University (UMS). In front of the general chairmen of political parties, Prabowo joked, thinking Investment Minister Bahlil Lahadalia was the General Chair of the Gerindra Party.

"I think Mr. Bahlil is the general chairman of Gerindra, it turns out that Golkar. Maybe we all just fusion into one party, right? But don't, it won't be democratic later," he said to laughter from the audience.

In his speech, Prabowo emphasized that politics is not just a struggle for power. He reminded the substantive meaning of politics. The will to improve people's lives.
