IPONE Launches New Lubricant Variant, Here's The Advantage

This time, the brand of premium lubricant from France, IPONE has officially launched three variants of motor lubricant for the Indonesian market. This launch was held exclusively at the IRON PIPE Builders Motoshow 2025 event in Laswi Heritage, Bandung.

Three new variants of the IPONE lubricant line include IPONE M4, IPONE M4 SCOOT, and the latest version of IPONE R4000 SCOOT. All three are specially designed to meet the needs of 4-Tak-Daily motorcyclists and scooters.

Motul Indonesia Brand Manager, Kahfi Irawan said the presence of this new line of products makes it easier for all motorcyclists to access lubricants with high quality standards.

"So far, IPONE is known in the premium and 2-Tak motorcycle segments, but now we want to reach more daily motorcyclists, scooter users, and young commuters. The launch of this product is a form of our courage to be more inclusive, without compromising quality," said Kahfi Irawan, in a statement to the media, Monday, July 21.

Closer to the new lubricant from IPONE, for M4 SCOOT is a special lubricant for 4-Tak scooters, available in 10W-30 & 10W-40 viscosity with 1L and 0.8L packaging and already meeting JASO MB standards and SN APIs. M4 SCOOT is designed to provide optimal engine protection and smooth and efficient acceleration, ideal for daily scooters on city streets.

Meanwhile, IPONE M4 is formulated for 4-Tak-jek and daily sports motorcycles, available in 10W-30, 10W-40, and 20-50 viscosities, with 1L and 0.8L packaging options. IPONE M4 uses high-quality additives and meets JASO MA2 and SN standards, IPONE M4 maintains engine cleanliness and stable performance in heavy traffic conditions.

Meanwhile, IPONE R4000 SCOOT 10W-40 replaced the previous product SCOOT 4 10W-40. The latest version of IPONE's semi-synthetic lubricant for modern scooters and maxi scorers, is now coming with the highest standards of SP and JASO MB APIs.

Available in 10W-40 viscosity, 1L and 0.8L packaging, IPONE lubricant R4000 SCOOT is designed to provide long-term protection, high performance on long trips, and responsive acceleration suitable for daily use and touring.

New packaging

As part of a thorough transformation, IPONE also introduced a new Japanese manga-style packaging, a bold move that has never been done by any lubricant brand in the world.

This visual style appears expressive, dynamic, and full of characters, describing the spirit of youth, energy, and courage that characterizes IPONE. This manga design will be available exclusively in the latest M4, M4 SCOOT, and R4000 SCOOT variants.
