JAKARTA - The 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) automotive exhibition will begin soon and is ready to welcome the enthusiasm of the community by presenting the latest automotive innovations.

Not only that, GIIAS also ensures a comfortable and educational visit experience through various supporting facilities and interesting programs.

Taking place from July 24 to August 3, 2025 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, GIIAS 2025 is not only the main stage for the launch of the latest vehicles and technology from global brands, but also shows a commitment to maintain the comfort of all visitors while in the exhibition area.

As a form of this commitment, GIIAS 2025 provides various facilities that visitors can enjoy. Free shuttle bus services are provided from various strategic points in the BSD area and its surroundings to facilitate access to exhibition areas, with dropoff areas and pick-ups located in the outdoor Hall 11. For visitors who use taxi services, there is a special waiting area that is comfortable in the same location.

For visitors who bring children under five or need mobility assistance, there are free streller and wheelchair facilities that can be found in Hall 1 and Hall 11, as well as breastfeeding rooms and diapers changing areas on the Nusantara Hall mezzanine floor.

Visitors can also enjoy a wide selection of food and drinks scattered in the main dining area, located in the outdoor Hall 2, Hall 6, Hall 10, as well as at a number of ICE BSD pre-function points. There are also charging corners in various locations, including pre-function Hall 1, Hall 2, Nusantara Hall, Hall 5, and Hall 11 basements. For worship purposes, visitors can take advantage of the prayer room located at several points on the Nusantara Hall, Hall 2, and Hall 6 floors. ATM facilities are also available in the Nusantara Hall area to facilitate transactions during exhibitions.

GAIKINDO International Automotive Conference (GIAC) Programs And Automotive Industry Seminars

Not only being an international automotive exhibition event, but GIIAS 2025 also presents a discussion forum through the 19th GAIKINDO International Automotive Conference (GIAC 2025) which will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. This year's conference raised the theme "Empowering the Future Thru Renewable Energy", focusing on the role of renewable energy in shaping the future of the global automotive industry, as well as encouraging the acceleration of the transition to low emission vehicles in Indonesia.

GIAC 2025 will bring together stakeholders from within and outside the country, including the government, industry players, technology experts, and international associations, to discuss and share strategic views related to policy development, technology, and supporting infrastructure for renewable energy-based vehicles.
