Before Going To Klaten Prabowo Stop By Jokowi's House In Solo, Chat 40 Minutes

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto held a meeting with the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo at his residence in Solo, Central Java, for about 40 minutes and told him about the state visit for two weeks on July 1-15.

President Prabowo, who arrived at Jokowi's residence in Gang Kutai Utara No. 1, Sumber Village, Solo, Central Java, Sunday evening at around 18.00 WIB, was immediately greeted by President Jokowi and Iriana at the front gate of his house.

"Sir, how are you, sir?" asked President Prabowo to Jokowi while closing his hands while saluting.

"Good afternoon. Far away," said Jokowi replying to Prabowo.

"I just had time to stop by, sir. Just around, Mr. For two weeks," Prabowo told Jokowi.

"I'm just looking at it...," said Jokowi while shaking his head.

The Jokowi gesture signifies as being speechless, as well as amazed by Prabowo who made a state visit for two weeks.

Jokowi then invited him to enter Prabowo. However, when he was about to enter Jokowi's residence, Prabowo shook hands with Jokowi's youngest son, Kaesang Pangarep, who was also present at the meeting.

During the meeting for approximately 40 minutes, there was a laugh from outside the residence.

In a press statement to the media crew, Prabowo told Jokowi about a number of agreements from the results of his state visit, one of which was the Indonesia-EU Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (I-EU CEPA) which was successfully agreed upon after 10 years of negotiations.

"I told a new story about traveling from abroad. Yes, he also followed it apparently. I told you the breakthroughs we got yesterday, especially with the European Union. 10 years the negotiations finally broke through," said Prabowo.

Prabowo also shared his attendance at the BRICS Summit in Brazil, as well as a meeting with Brazilian President Lula da Silva. Not only that, Prabowo explained a number of bilateral meetings in London, Belgium, France, and Belarus.

In the meeting with Jokowi who was warm, President Prabowo was accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono and Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Angga Raka Prabowo.
