Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Diplomat Death, Police Wait For Labfor Results In 6 Days

The police are still waiting for the results of the forensic laboratory (labfor) examination as material to conclude the cause of death of the Deputy Expert Diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu) Arya Daru Pangayunan.

The Head of Sub-Division of Penmas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Reonald Simanjuntak said it would take six more days to get the results of the laboratory examination.

"Investigators are waiting for the results from the laboratory, the results of the examination from the laboratory. Approximately 6 days," Reonald told reporters, Saturday, July 19.

According to him, the laboratory inspection process is generally completed for two weeks. Meanwhile, the process has only been running for a few days.

"Indeed, the laboratory examination will take at least 2 weeks," he said.

While waiting for the results of the laboratory, investigators are said to have examined five witnesses. Two of them are colleagues of Arya Daru Pangayunan.

However, it was not clearly conveyed about the provisional results of the series of examinations of the five witnesses.

"The first is VD, a colleague of the ADP victim. Then the second is DMS, an ADP colleague, the third is initial S, this is the boarding house guard and the witness who first found the victim was dead in the room," said Reonald.

"Fourth FM, this is a boarding house colleague or neighbor of ADP and the fifth MAP is the wife of the ADP victim," he continued.

Arya Daru Pangayunan was found dead in the 'Gues House Gondia' in the 105th room, Jalan Gondangdia Kecil, No 22, Cikini Village, Menteng District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, July 8.

When found, the body of Arya Daru Pangayunan was in a condition of his face wrapped in yellow duct tape. Currently, the cause of death is not yet known.
