Wrong Call, Funny Moment Lee Jun Hyuk And Lee Jun Young At The Blue Dragon Series Awards

JAKARTA - Lee Jun Hyuk and Lee Jun Young just had a funny moment when they attended the 2025 Blue Dragon Series Awards. Both were nominated for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor.

The funny incident began when presenters Jun Hyun Moo and Yoon A SNSD read the winners for the Popularity Award category. The winners of that category are Park Bo Gum, Hyeri, Lee Jun Hyuk, and IU.

When Lee Jun Hyuk's name was announced, the actor was highlighted by the camera but was not seen standing up to the stage. Then, some of the actors beside him told him to stand up, one of which was Seo Hyun Jin.

Lee Jun Hyuk then stood up and started walking on stage, along with IU. Jun Hyuk looked confused and resigned because actor Lee Jun Young also stood up and walked up to the stage and received the trophy.

When he found out that the real winner's name was Lee Jun Hyuk, Jun Young immediately got off the stage and handed over the trophy he was holding.

The moment created laughter from guests including presenters, but not a few regretted Jun Hyun Moo who read out the nominations with clear articulation so as to create a misunderstanding.

After the event, Lee Jun Young wrote a message via his Instagram Story. He apologized to Lee Jun Hyuk for taking the trophy.

"I made a mistake for not hearing the announcement clearly. Once again, I apologize to Lee Jun Hyuk and his fans. Congratulations on the award!" Lee Jun Young wrote.

Lee Jun Hyuk also wrote a message in his Instagram Story that he was facing the incident casually.

"Thanks to Junyoung, it felt good. Don't worry too much. I also made the same mistake when AAA (Asia Artist Award). I think this is a sign. Let's eat together," wrote Lee Jun Hyuk.
