Lee Jong Won Gets A Drama Offer With Kim Do Yeon, Moon Flower
JAKARTA - Lee Jong Won and Kim Do Yeon received an offer for the latest Korean drama, Wish Upon a Moon Flower. Both are targeted to be the main characters in this drama.
THE BLACKLABLE as Lee Jong Won's agency responded to the actor considering a drama offer, as well as Fantagio as Kim Do Yeon's agency.
"Wish Upon a Moon Flower is one of the projects he got and he is reviewing it," THE BLACKLABLE said.
Wish Upon a Moon Flower tells the story of Yang Cho Seol, a woman who forges a sword in a prisoner of war village, and Baek Je Hee, a general from an enemy country who defects. Despite their tragic and winding fates, the two actually find interest in each other.
Lee Jong Won received an offer to play Baek Je Hee, one of the leaders in the era of the Gaero Kingdom. He is known as an intimidating figure and has no sympathy.

This drama will be written by Jang Yoo Ha who previously wrote the Doona series!
If Lee Jong Won accepts this drama, then Wish You Upon a Moon Flower will be his latest project after Brewing Love in 2024.
Kim Do Yeon, who is active in acting after Weki Meki's group disbanded, also starred in the drama Heesu in Class 2 which aired this year.
