Two Emotional Sides Of GUNGS Appeared In Maxi-Single Like Your Heart And Are Not The Same
JAKARTA - Raissa Faranda through the GUNGS moniker introduces a maxi-single with two tracks, with the titles 'Like Your Heart' and Indecent'. This work is a continuation of his emotional journey, after introducing the single Dream Pama' last May.
These two new songs come as inner conversations from two points of view, such as disappointment and understanding, anger and gratitude, as well as full band and piano based formats.
"For those who hurt, for those who are hurt, for me who hurt, and for me who was hurt," said Raissa regarding her new release, through a press release to VOI, Friday, July 18.
The first Track, 'Like Your Heart', was written after Raissa told a friend about her life being questioned by many people. Some opposed Raissa's way of living life, without really being there to accompany the process.
In silence, the woman who has been active in music since 2018 realizes that it could be that she hasn't been a good friend to them either.
"This song is like a long and winding corridor, from disappointment to awareness of who deserves to be maintained and who needs to be released gracefully," said Raissa regarding the first track.
This disappointment gave birth to the second track, Entah Sama, as a bridge built from heartache to compassion that brings empathy to life.
