SOEs With Partial Perum Status Will Enter The Aerospace
JAKARTA - The fate of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) with the status of a Public Company (Perum) is currently being studied further.
There is an option that some state-owned companies can be included in the management of the Anagata Nusantara Resources Investment Management Agency (Danantara).
Danantara Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dony Oskaria said that his party is currently reviewing the fate of the Perum BUMN.
He explained that if the company is in the form of a corporation, there is an opportunity to be managed by Danantara.
"It's being reviewed too. There are some characteristics such as corporations, of course they will enter the Danantara. But whose characteristics are more initiated, of course, they will remain at the Ministry of SOEs," said Dony, met at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs, Jakarta, quoted Friday, July 18.
Dony said that the study of Perum BUMN is currently still at the Ministry of SOEs. So that the mapping has not been carried out further.
"We have not determined, again studied, maybe at the Ministry of SOEs who made the study, because there are many assignments there, yes," said the Deputy Minister of SOEs.
For your information, currently Danantara only manages SOEs in the form of Limited Liability Companies (PT). Meanwhile, Perum SOEs are still under the management of the Ministry of SOEs, because they are related to government assignments.
SOEs Of Perum Will Deposit Dividends Of Up To IDR 300 Billion
Previously, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir projected that a number of public companies (Perum) could donate dividends to the state amounting to Rp200 to Rp300 billion next year.
"But later Perum I am sure that in the future there will be dividends as well. We will project that maybe from Perum it can be Rp. 200 to Rp. 300, we will give it to the state too," he said in a working meeting with Commission VI of the DPR, in Jakarta, Tuesday, July 8.
Erick said that Perum's BUMN dividend deposit will not be carried out this year. The hope is that the additional state income can run from 2026.
"I don't think 2025 will be done yet. Because maybe next year," he said.

Pendapatan dari Perum tersebut, nantinya akan melengkapi kontribusi dari holding BUMN lainnya.
Lebih lanjut, Erick bilang, kontribusi setoran dividen dari Perum juga merupakan bukti bahwa BUMN memiliki kinerja keuangan yang sehat.
Nantinya, dividen tersebut dapat digunakan kembali untuk mendukung sebagai penugasan tanpa membebani anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara (APBN).
“Kalau kita lihat, dengan perbaikan Perum, kita yakini nanti ada tambahan dividen di situ,” jelasnya.

According to Erick, this dividend contribution from Perum can be realized through improved performance and also efficiency made in the company.

Furthermore, Erick said, the contribution of dividend deposits from Perum is also proof that SOEs have healthy financial performance.
Later, the dividend can be reused to support as an assignment without burdening the state budget (APBN).
"If we look at it, with the improvement of Perum, we believe there will be additional dividends there," he explained.
