FIFA Announces World Cup Ticket Registration 2026
JAKARTA - FIFA informed on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, that the 2026 World Cup ticket registration will open on September 10, 2025.
The next tournament edition, which will be jointly organized by Canada, Mexico, and the United States, will begin at the Azteca Stadium, Mexico City, on June 11, 2026.
FIFA said that due to high demand, tickets would be released in stages.

FIFA did not mention whether to use a dynamic price system, as applies to the 2025 Club World Cup, where ticket prices fluctuate drastically.
"We look forward to welcoming the world back to North America, as Canada, Mexico, and the United States will host the biggest and greatest sporting event of all time."
"We encourage supporters everywhere to prepare to secure their place - this will be the most coveted seat in world sports," FIFA President Gianni Infantino said in a statement.
The 2026 World Cup is the first edition which was attended by 48 teams from the previous 32 teams. The Asian Zone (AFC) gets eight slots, the African Zone (CAF) has nine tickets, Concacaf has six slots including three hosts, Conmebol has six teams, Oceania only has one team, UEFA has 16 representatives, then the intercontinental playoffs (interconfederation) for the remaining two places.
The United States has 11 stadiums to be used during the event. Then, Mexico and Canada provided three and two stadiums for the match.
