Japan Open 2025: Putri KW Hajar Unggulan Sixth
JAKARTA - Putri Kusuma Wardani stopped the host's sixth seed, Tomoka Miyazaki, from reaching the quarter-finals of the Japan Open 2025.
The 22-year-old badminton player maintains the hope of Indonesian women's singles after securing the victory of two straight sets 21-17 and 21-14 on Thursday, July 17, 2025.

This victory made Putri now ahead 2-1 win over Miyazaki. His only defeat to three clashes took place in Macau last year.
