When Is The KJP In May Liquid? This Is The Answer From The DKI Provincial Government

JAKARTA - On social media, many netizens have questioned when the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus in May will be disbursed. Because, in previous months, KJP was disbursed every 5th day at the beginning of the current month.

In both dkijakarta and disdikdki Instagram accounts, many netizens have questioned the certainty of KJP disbursement in the comments column for their photo uploads.

Responding to this, the Head of the UPT for the Education Service Center for Personal Funding and Operations (P4OP) of the DKI Jakarta Education Office, Waluyo Hadi, admitted that neither the KJP Plus nor the Superior Student Jakarta Card (KJMU) had not been disbursed.

This is because, he said, the DKI Education Agency is still waiting for the administrative selection for disbursement with the DKI Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) and the DKI Bank BUMD.

"It is being processed. We are still waiting for the administrative selection for disbursement with BPKD and Bank DKI," Waluyo told VOI, Thursday, May 6.

Waluyo is not sure when the date for the KJP Plus and KJMU will be disbursed. However, he confirmed that the disbursement of student and student operational assistance funds would not pass from May.

"This May runs out, before Eid," he said.

As is well known, KJP Plus is a strategic program of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to provide access to DKI Jakarta residents aged 6-21 years from underprivileged families, so that they can complete the 12 year compulsory education.

The nominal amount of KJP Plus that will be disbursed per month for SD is IDR 250,000, IDR 300,000 for SMP, IDR 420,000 for SMA, IDR 450,000 for SMK, and IDR 300,000 for PKBM.
