What Is Great Indonesian Children's Gymnastics

YOGYAKARTA After the semester holiday is over and the children return to school, the activity carried out is Great Indonesian Children's Gymnastics (SAIH). Great Indonesian Children's Gymnastics is a program from the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen). SAUH was initiated as an effort to build children's character in the context of Indonesia Gold 2045. This dress can be done by students from kindergarten, elementary, to high school/vocational school education levels.

One of the goals of the Indonesian Children's Gymnastics is to improve children's fitness. In addition, SAIH is done to instill national values and foster love for the homeland. To achieve this goal, SAIH is made with a dynamic, energetic, cheerful movement, and adopted from the archipelago culture.

In SAUH, there is the Album Song Tujuh Habits of Indonesian Great Children as a way to educate children in a creative way as well as fun. Children are not only invited to move physically, but to teach lessons about the good habits of Indonesian children.

The song accompanying the Great Indonesian Children's Gymnastics is divided into three sessions, namely the warm-up session, the core movement, and finally the cooling movement. The lyrics of the song SAIH are as follows.
