Defendant Sentenced To 2 Years, Bunga Zainal Prepares To Appeal For Fraudulent Investment Case

JAKARTA - Bunga Zainal continues to voice his disappointment over the verdict handed down by the West Jakarta District Court judges against two defendants in the alleged fraudulent investment fraud case, AAACD and SFSS.

Where Bunga said that the panel of judges only sentenced the two defendants to 2 years. One of the considerations is that AAACD has a small child that must be taken care of.

Unfortunately, when Bunga found out more deeply, the reason AAACD was before the trial, he claimed, was just a lie.

"This convict is a liar, yes! In defense, he has a small child to care for, while I just received accurate information and received a lot of information that his son is under the care of her husband's family," wrote Bunga Zainal, quoted by VOI from Instagram @bungazainal05, Thursday, July 17.

"Where the older brother of convict 2 is not a difficult person and has a good position in a Balinese bank. And they stated that the fraudster's children cannot be abandoned and are in a state of care," he continued.

Feeling that she had been lied to again, Bunga Zainal finally revealed that she would soon file an appeal against this case.

He hopes that with the appeal he submitted, the two defendants who made him lose up to Rp6.2 billion will receive the appropriate punishment.

"I will prove my appeal that the convict cannot get relief on behalf of his children! If he is a good mother, good parents, it is impossible to give their child's stomach with haram money!" said Bunga.

"On July 25, 2025, I will appeal. Bismillah, the public prosecutor can help me and other victims to get justice," he said.
