COIN Shares Soared 374 Percent In A Week, Market Capitalization Reaches IDR 6.5 Trillion
After a week on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), shares of PT Indokripto Coin Semesta Tbk (COIN) are still in demand by stock market investors.
As is known, since being listed on the IDX on July 9, 2025, the shares of the issuer engaged in the crypto asset sector have experienced the Upper Auto Reject (ARA) for six consecutive days of the Exchange.
In the initial bid, the stock price of COIN is priced at IDR 100 per share and until the close of trading on Wednesday, July 16, COIN shares are trading at the level of IDR 474 or an increase of 374 percent compared to the initial offering price.
President Director of PT Indokripto Coin Semesta Tbk (COIN) Ade Wahyu said that the high interest in COIN shares occurred simultaneously with the positive trend that occurred in the crypto asset market.
He explained that Bitcoin as the crypto asset with the largest market capitalization again managed to record an all-time high, where on Monday, July 14, 2025, Bitcoin for the first time managed to touch the level of 122,838 US dollars per BTC.
"The market enthusiasm for this can be seen from the increase in the daily trading volume of crypto spots on CFX which had touched IDR 3 trillion last weekend from the daily average in the range of IDR 1 trillion throughout July," he said in his statement, quoted Thursday, July 17.
Ade stated that the enthusiasm of investors towards COIN shares is clear evidence of the rapid adoption of crypto assets in Indonesia.
According to him, this phenomenon is believed to have a positive impact on the development of the COIN ecosystem while supporting the growth of the crypto industry in the country.
We are very grateful for the trust and enthusiasm of investors since the first day COIN was listed on the stock exchange. High enthusiasm for crypto assets can certainly have a positive impact on COIN, as well as on our two subsidiaries, namely PT Central Financial X (CFX) as a crypto asset exchange and PT Kustodian Coin Indonesia (ICC) as a crypto asset custodian institution," he said.
Ade believes that this achievement is a good initial momentum for the journey of COIN in the future.
