The Mayor of Bogor, Dedie A. Rachim, said that emergency and advanced handling continues to be intensified to ensure security and restore connectivity in the Batutulis area. This area is a vital route that connects the city center with the southern region of Bogor.
As of July 16, 2025, we recorded three main ongoing works. First, the installation of a stake for oval construction on the slope of level one. Second, the construction of a level two slope. Third, the construction of a level three slope which will later function as a temporary road for two-wheeled vehicles," said Dedie.
According to him, the Bogor City Government also continues to coordinate with various parties, including implementing contractors and technical services, so that the entire process runs according to the target without ignoring the construction safety aspect.
We hope that temporary access for two-wheeled vehicles can be used immediately. Meanwhile, we are accelerating the technical design for long-term handling and land acquisition of new routes, so that permanent solutions can be realized immediately," he continued.
