Countdown Towards GIIAS 2025: New Car Rows & Advanced Technology Ready To Appear

JAKARTA - The 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) grand exhibition is just counting the days, which will be held from July 24 to August 3, 2025 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, and will present a variety of the latest automotive innovations from various world brands.

Various manufacturers are preparing many innovative booths to prepare superior vehicles that are indeed brought specifically to GIIAS 2025.

This year, participants not only present the latest models, but also present various future technologies such as electric vehicles, advanced safety systems, autonomous driving features, and sustainable mobility solutions. In fact, some brands will carry concept vehicles.

Rizwan Alamsjah, Chairman III of GAIKINDO as well as Chair of the 2025 GIIAS Exhibition Organizers, revealed that GIIAS 2025 will be the momentum for the launch of dozens of new vehicles by the participants.

"Based on the latest information, there will be more than 40 vehicle models scheduled to be launched at GIIAS 2025. This shows how important GIIAS is as the main stage of the automotive industry to introduce their innovation to the public," he said, in an official statement received on Wednesday, July 16.

The first day of the GIIAS 2025 event, namely on Thursday, July 24, 2025, will be open to the public starting at 14.00 WIB, in VIP Day format. Visitors who attend that day will have the exclusive opportunity to be the first to watch the latest vehicles, take a look at the latest automotive technology, and try various vehicle models that have just been introduced in the test drive area which will also start opening on the same day, from 14.00 to 20.00 WIB.

VIP Day GIIAS 2025 tickets can be purchased online via the Auto360 web at a price of IDR 250,000. As for direct purchases in exhibition areas (onsite), tickets are available on July 24, 2025, at a price of IDR 300,000. VIP Day GIIAS 2025 will be an unforgettable experience for automotive lovers who want to be the first witnesses to the presence of technology and future vehicles.

GIIAS The Series is back

After the exhibition at BSD Tangerang, GIIAS The Series will continue to a number of cities. The second series will start with GIIAS Surabaya, which will be held on 27-31 August 2025 at Grand City Convex, Surabaya. Furthermore, GIIAS Semarang will take place on 24-28 September 2025 at Muladi Dome, Semarang, and GIIAS Bandung to be held on 1-5 October 2025 at Sudirman Grand Ballroom, Bandung. This series of exhibitions will close with GIIAS Makassar on 5-9 November 2025 at Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, which will return after being held for the last time in 2019
