Harris Hotel Coming Soon To Summarecon Serpong

JAKARTA - On Monday, July 14, a Topping Off Ceremony was carried out as one of the important milestones in the Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong construction process located in Summarecon Serpong.

Located strategically on Jalan Bulevar Raya Gading Serpong and integrated directly with Summarecon Mall Serpong, this hotel will complement the portfolio of the Summarecon hospitality business unit. The plan, Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong will be inaugurated and operational in January 2026.

The Topping Off procession for the construction of Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong was opened with a speech by Soegianto Nagaria as Director of Summarecon which was followed by a gold nail planting ceremony and the closing of the last floor witnessed by the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk.

Located on the top floor of Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong, this procession was also attended by the Board of Directors of The Ascott Limited as hotel operators, as well as contractors, consultants, as well as the management of Summarecon Serpong and Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong was built on an area of 5,289 square meters, has 18 floors and 1 basement. Later, this hotel will operate with a total capacity of 282 rooms consisting of Standard, Junior Suite, and Suite types.

Equipped with various complete and comfortable facilities including Ballroom, Meeting Room, Restaurant, Fitness & Gym, Reflectology & Spa, Kids Club, Swimming Pool, Executive Lounge, and Sky Roof Top Bar on the top floor of the building, namely a bar and restaurant with Serpong city views.

The newest hotel in the Summarecon Serpong area has an advantage with access that is directly connected to Summarecon Mall Serpong, thus providing comfort and convenience for hotel visitors and mall visitors. In collaboration with Pradita University, Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong carries the concept of New Harris Generation (Stay Bright), which is a program to improve the quality of Human Resources from Harris Hotel and students at Pradita University.
