Overcoming Fertilizer Scarcity, PIHC Geber Socializes PPTS Registration In Bogor
JAKARTA - Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC) has accelerated the socialization of Recipient registration at the Subsidized Fertilizer Level (PPTS) at Engkong House, Bubulak, Bogor. This activity is the first step in the West Java II region in expanding access to subsidized fertilizers.
West Java II and DKI Jakarta managers PT Pupuk Indonesia, Donny Rahman Wiratama, emphasized that Bogor was chosen as the first location. "There are five distributors of potential Distribution Business Actors (PUD) and 96 kiosks who participated in the socialization," said Donny, in a written statement received by VOI Tuesday, July 15.
The socialization was also attended by AE PIHC Bogor Hasan Basri Region, PTwas Jaya Abadi Riris Marlina Purba, PT Esandi Bintang Perdana Franky Adrianus, and Jasa Gema Indonesia Maju Cooperative represented by HMU Kurniadi.

In addition, the Merah Putih Hambalang Village Cooperative stated that it is ready to join PPTS. The presence of this cooperative shows the enthusiasm of local business actors in supporting the distribution of subsidized fertilizers.
Donny explained that PPTS registration was opened on July 15-19 2025. Kiosks who wish to register are asked to complete the requirements, starting from KTP, NIB with KBLI 47763, notary deed, NPWP, proof of ownership or ownership of a warehouse measuring at least 5x5 meters equivalent to 5 tons, to checking accounts for the last three months as evidence of capital capabilities.
"This process is important to ensure that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers is right on target. We invite all kiosks to meet the requirements so they can register according to the provisions," said Donny.
This PIHC move is a concrete effort to make it easier for farmers to get subsidized fertilizers. Socialization in Bogor is expected to strengthen a more transparent and equitable distribution network.
