Nikita Mirzani Officially Withdraws The Report Of The Wanpretasi Case Against Reza Gladys

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, announced that he and his client had agreed to withdraw the Wanprestasi case report against Reza Gladys some time ago.

"So I say it is true yesterday that I made a letter of revocation regarding the default lawsuit that we submitted to the South Jakarta District Court and the letter has been received," said Fahmi Bachmid in the Antasari area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, July 15.

For his own reason, Fahmi argued that he and Nikita wanted to focus on managing criminal cases first, namely Reza Gladys's report on allegations of extortion and money laundering offenses which are still ongoing.

"Because, right, when there are two problems, we have to take a stance, there must be a priority scale," explained Fahmi.

"Well, the priority scale is that I have to concentrate on criminal cases, like that, so we take the position of a default lawsuit, starting yesterday I have conveyed the revocation and it has been accepted in the imaging section of the South Jakarta District Court," said Fahmi Bachmid.

Fahmi emphasized that this had become the decision of Nikita Mirzani herself who chose to prioritize criminal cases.

"Nothing, I just conveyed it, and he hopes that there must be a priority scale, and our priority scale is on the criminal," said Fahmi.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani filed a default lawsuit against doctor Reza Gladys. The lawsuit was registered at the South Jakarta District Court on May 16, 2025. The lawsuit is registered with number 489/Pdt.G/2025/PN JKT.SEL.

Nikita Mirzani and her assistant, Ismail Marzuki, are listed as plaintiffs. Meanwhile, Reza Gladys and her husband, dr. Attaubah Mufid, became the defendants.

Then the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, and PT Bumi Parama Wisesa became defendants.

In the lawsuit, Nikita Mirzani asked the panel of judges to state that the cooperation agreement for reviewing skincare products between Nikita and Reza Gladys was legal and legally binding.

The agreement itself runs from November 19, 2024 to November 19, 2025. The contents of the agreement are asking Nikita to provide a good review of Reza's skincare products.

With this agreement, Reza's report against Nikita and his assistant is a form of default. Nikita asked Reza to be punished for his actions.
