The Indies Have Not Received The 'Restu' Of Tasikmalaya Residents Appearing In The 2025 Music Room Concert

The West Java Regional Police stated that the Indian music group had not yet obtained permission to appear at the 2025 Music Room concert in Tasikmalaya City.

The rejection of a number of community groups was the cause of the not yet issuance of crowd permits.

Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Hendra Rochmawan, said the organizers had actually pocketed the location of the event.

However, the blessing of a number of community leaders has not been obtained so that the concert is still uncertain.

"The management of the place that was originally going to be the location of the activity suggested that the organizers re-coordinate with figures who objected to holding the concert," said Hendra in Bandung, Antara, Tuesday, July 15.

He said, until now there has been no concrete result from the communication process between the organizers and the community. As a result, the concert, which is scheduled to take place at Wiriadinata Air Base, Tasikmalaya, on 19 '20 July 2025, has not been able to get a crowd permit.

"The problem is not because the police do not want to issue a permit, but because the place is not yet clear," he said.

The West Java Regional Police have suggested that the organizers continue to open a communication space with the community and local leaders who refuse concerts. However, he reminded the organizers not to pressure the police regarding permits.

"Please continue to coordinate, but do not demand excessive permission," he said.

The 2025 Music Room concert plans to present a number of musicians such as the Indies, Nadin Amizah, Maliq & D Essentials, Whisnu Santika, Magic Competition, Feast, Adnan Veron x HBRP, and Bronze.
