Min Hee Jin Ex ADOR Freed From HYBE's Accusations

JAKARTA - Former CEO of ADOR, Min Hee Jin was declared free from alleged violations of trust reported by HYBE. This decision was released by the Yongsan Police in Seoul on Tuesday, July 15.

Previously, HYBE reported Min Hee Jin for alleged violations of trust, but after the examination, the police found no evidence of such action while she worked under HYBE.

Moments after the statement, representative Min Hee Jin released a statement saying, "After more than a year of investigation, it was determined that there was no illegal side of Min Hee Jin,"

"Today (July 15) we inform you that the police have decided not to forward the two cases reported by HYBE to the prosecutor's office, with the conclusion that "there are no alleged crimes" he said.

HYBE also released a statement that they would file an objection because they have evidence that could be considered burdensome for Min Hee Jin.

Our company plans to file an objection to the prosecutor today. Since the police investigation, several new findings have emerged, one of which is a member of NewJeans who stated that the contract was terminated," HYBE said.

They also stated that the accusations from some of Min Hee Jin's colleagues also resulted in a decision that was not forwarded, ranging from the ectics of Min Hee Jin and Team Bunnies accusing BELIFT LAB, and Shin Woo Seok, the CEO of Dolphiners who accused ADOR.

In April 2024, HYBE reported Min Hee Jin for a breach of trust as a company employee. Min Hee Jin denied this accusation because he said he could not manage ADOR while HYBE became the label's largest shareholder.

Min Hee Jin also had time to voice, ILLIT, a group on BELIFT LAB label, imitating the NewJeans concept using the material he made with ADOR.
