Realization Of Mineral And Coal PNBP Of The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources Until June Reaches 54 Percent

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia reported that the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) from the mineral and coal (miberba) sector until June 2025 had reached 54 percent of the target set in early 2025. As of June 025, the realization reached Rp68.3 trillion from the target of Rp126.48 trillion.

"For information, until June 30, 2025, the realization of PNBP is Rp68.3 trillion, or Rp54 percent of the target," Bahlil said at a Working Meeting with Commission XII DPR RI, Monday, July 14.

With this realization, Bahlil hopes that the target of PNBP in the mineral and coal sector can be met by the end of 2025 despite various challenges.

Bahlil said, coal commodity prices in 2025 experienced a significant decline. As of June 2025, the decline in the price of black gold commodities reached 25 to 35 percent compared to 2024. According to him, the decline in commodity prices was due to uncertain global market conditions.

"This is because the global market is again uncertain. God willing, hopefully we will set a target until it can be completed," said Bahlil.

Just so you know, in 2024, the mineral and coal sub-sector contributed the largest contribution, 52.1 percent of the total PNBP for the ESDM sector, worth Rp140.5 trillion. Oil and gas sub-sectors followed by Rp110.9 trillion, then EBTKE Rp2.8 trillion, and other sectors of 15.4 trillion rupiah.
