No Tickets, Fans' Strategy To Watch Oasis Concerts From Pub Seberang Venue
JAKARTA - Oasis has played two of the five shows in their hometowns of Manchester, England on July 11 and 12 last weekend. As expected, the performance, which was held at Heaton Park, received such a great welcome.
The show, which is part of the 'Oasis Live '25 Tour', is called homecoming concert, because for the first time in 16 years, Noel and Liam Gallagher have appeared as Oasis in their hometown.
For every day, it is stated that the tickets sold out concert was attended by 80,000 spectators, or 400,000 spectators for five shows.
However, Heaton Park was unable to stem the enthusiasm of the fans. Thousands of people tried to enjoy Oasis' performance from outside the concert area.
According to a Manchester Evening News report, fans outside the concert area were also seen singing together. At the Ostrich pub, they sang the song "Little by Little", a setlist performed by the Gallagher brothers.
Although they were unable to see firsthand the condition of the stage, they remained calm and enjoyed the music from the pub.
Apart from that, people are also sitting around Heaton Park. In addition to listening to music, they can see the action of Oasis through a giant screen measuring 84 x 12 meters.
Prior to his performance at Manchester, Oasis appeared in two shows in the capital Wales, Cardiff opened their tour series.
After the two cities, the Oasis reunion tour in Great Britain will continue to London, Edinburgh, and Dublin.
