2025 Club World Cup: PSG Aims For Quadruple, Chelsea Aims For Second Title

JAKARTA - Chelsea vs PSG will fight in the 2025 Club World Cup final at the MetLife Stadium, New Jersey, USA, Sunday, July 13 local time or Monday, July 14 in the morning WIB. PSG is aiming for the quadruple, while Chelsea is eyeing the second title.

PSG have won Ligue 1, Coupe de France and the Champions League this season. They won 5-0 over Inter Milan in the Champions League final. Chelsea collected the Confederation League title.

"We really want to win this title. If it is achieved, this season will be perfect and very difficult to match," said PSG captain Marquinhos ahead of the 2025 Club Inter-World Cup final between Chelsea vs PSG.

Chelsea, who won the Club World Cup in 2021, are trying to win their second title. Chelsea have more rest time after a 2-0 win over Fluminense, the day before PSG beat Real Madrid 4-0.

This season, Chelsea took fourth place in the Premier League, down in the fourth round of the FA Cup and League Cup, but successfully won the UEFA Conference League or the Confederation League.

"Everyone is champions against us. However, we are well prepared and ready to win," said Reece James.

Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca even called PSG the best team in Europe and the world today. I agree they are the best team. They show it in France, in the Champions League, and also in this tournament," said Maresca.

Maresca also confirmed that winger Noni Madueke had left the team to join the new club, Arsenal.
