Ivan Gunawan Admits He Wants To Date 'Bule' To Marry

Presenter and designer Ivan Gunawan again stole the attention through his statement about the love life and hope about a life partner.

Ivan revealed that he now prefers a relaxed approach to getting to know someone rather than being in a relationship that is too intense.

"Actually, you don't have to go out really, you don't have to, but just get to know him better," said Ivan in the Central Jakarta area on Saturday, July 12.

The 43-year-old man also emphasized that he did not want to change his identity just for the sake of a relationship that did not necessarily last long.

"Because I'm 43 years old, I don't want to change myself in 2 weeks, I have to be someone else, what do you do?" he continued.

For him, a partner is not only about physical or intimate relationships, but rather on the suitability of mindset and way of life.

"So if I get a partner, I have to be a partner who wants to understand me. So the couple is not just sex, yes. But we unite our mindset or all kinds of things," he hoped.

Regarding the criteria for a partner, Ivan bluntly wants to marry a foreign citizen, aka Caucasian. According to him, by marrying a foreigner, the ark of his household is simpler culturally.

"Oh, I really want (to marry) Caucasians. If I can be Caucasian. Because I, if I can, don't marry my family. It's complicated, it's complicated for me to marry my family," he said honestly.

"So I really want to get married and really love. So it's between you and me. So I just want it to be like that," said Ivan.
