Calculating Day Revealing Mystery Box From Mitsubishi Motors, DST Concept Debut In GIIAS?
JAKARTA - Mitsubishi made a new breakthrough by presenting Mystery Boxes that were present in several strategic locations, such as in Senayan, Ancol to KCIC Halim Station.
In VOI's monitoring on the official Instagram page @mitsubishimotorsid, Saturday, July 12, the upload attracted quite a attention, especially carrying the tagline 'Ready TO UNCOVER YOUR NEXT DESTINATION'.
Many think that the upload is a teaser for the planned launch of this new product from the Japanese brand, which is predicted to be presented soon. The product in question is the Mitsubishi DST Concept, which was previously exhibited for the first time at the Philippine Motor Show in October 2024.
DST itself is an acronym for Dynamic Spacious Three row, which refers to the cabin design with three rows of seats. In terms of appearance, the DST Concept carries a T-shaped lamp design and a grille Dynamic Shield which is a hallmark of Mitsubishi. The interior is also designed with a premium touch, and is equipped with modern features such as a full-screen-based instrument and head unit panel, as well as driving mode.
Ahead of the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025 in July, the appearance of this teaser reinforces speculation that the launch of the DST Concept will be held at the annual automotive exhibition.

If this is true, consumers in Indonesia will soon get the latest three-line SUV option developed from a new platform. Mitsubishi stated that the DST Concept is a completely new model, specially developed to meet the needs of modern families in the Southeast Asia region.
"Indonesia's market has much greater potential to develop. This makes Indonesia one of the most important markets," said PT MMKSI President Director Atsushi Kurita, some time ago during Media Gathering.
So, it is worth waiting for a new breakthrough from Mitsubishi for its new products, including Mystery Box, which makes many people curious about the contents of the large box.
