SEA V League 2025: Indonesia Minus Doni Haryono Against Cambodia

JAKARTA The Indonesian Men's Volleyball National Team (Timnas) will certainly not be strengthened by spiker Doni Haryoni against Cambodia in the 2025 SEA V League continued match.

Clashes between Indonesia and Cambodia are scheduled to take place on Friday, July 11, 2025, western Indonesia time. The match starts at 14.00 western Indonesia time.

The Indonesian Volleyball Association (PBVSI) ensures that Doni is still in the recovery stage and is not yet in an ideal condition to play.

"Indonesian men's volleyball player, Doni Haryono, has certainly not been able to play in the match against Cambodia in the 2025 SEA V League event. Doni is not yet in an ideal condition to play," said PBVSI.

The Garuda squad only underwent light training and fitness sessions on Thursday, July 10, 2025, to welcome the match against Cambodia.

Some players take advantage of the free time to rest or take a walk to the city to refresh their minds. Then, last night there was a video briefing session to see Cambodian play.

"Today, the players are back in training sessions in preparation for the important match against Cambodia."

"The coaching team continues to monitor the physical condition of the players and adjust strategies, including anticipating Doni's absence from the match," reads PBVSI's statement.

Indonesia had previously lost to Thailand in the opening match of the 2025 SEA V League which was held at the Candon City Arena, Philippines, on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

In that match, the Red-White Squad had to admit the opponent's advantage with a final score of 1-3 (25-22, 21-25, 22-25, and 20-25).
