Sri Mulyani Values DBH For DKI Jakarta Is Not Urgent, Pramono Asks To Stay Distributed According To The Rules
Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati assessed that the Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is not in an urgent condition, given the potential for regional income that can be obtained without relying on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
For information, the allocation of Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) for the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta in the 2025 Fiscal Year reached Rp22.35 trillion, consisting of DBH Taxes worth Rp22.29 and DBH Natural Resources (SDA) of Rp60.88 billion.
In addition, he also appreciated the DKI Provincial Government's quick steps in exploring alternative sources of income that only required permits and decisions within 15 days.
"It turns out that there is a lot of income without an APBD like that. Only by giving permission and a decision of 15 days. So I don't think the DBH is too urgent anymore, sir. If I saw that I got it, it was quite big," said Sri Mulyani at the Banteng Field Arrangement and Integration event - Aa Maramis Building, Thursday, July 10.
However, Sri Mulyani emphasized that the central government remains committed to paying DBH according to the provisions.
However, he reminded that the state's financial condition is volatile and must be adjusted to national fiscal capabilities.
"Because I just yesterday at the DPD also collected a lot of DBH from other regions," he said.
On the same occasion, DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung said that the DKI Provincial Government would not submit additional budget requests.
However, he hopes that the distribution of DBH will continue to be carried out fairly and in accordance with applicable regulations.
"I promise I won't ask for anything from you, but don't be stingy about the proceeds, ma'am, the distribution of the proceeds will be divided according to the rules, ma'am, I thank you, I don't have to ask for more or less, but you share according to the rules, it's divided according to the rules," he explained.
For information, Sri Mulyani Indrawati and Pramono Anung officially integrated the Banteng Field Park area managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government with the AA Maramis Building area belonging to the Ministry of Finance through the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN).
Meanwhile, this step is part of an effort to create a wider and integrated public space in downtown Jakarta, especially in historic areas that used to be the heart of the government.
"This is when we have finished carrying out the restoration, we think this will become an open unit, because this is indeed part of the fourth circle which was actually the heart of the government," he said.

Sri Mulyani hopes that with the integration of the 5.2 hectares of the Banteng Square area with the AA Maramis Building area, the green open space facilities for the people of Jakarta will be wider and able to become a more active interaction space for various communities.
He added that this integration would include traffic management, arrangement of street vendors, and inter-regional access that had been separated by roads.
Meanwhile, Pramono ensured that this integration project would not use APBD funds because the construction would be carried out through a cooperation scheme for the use of Building Floor Coefficients (KLB) by J Trust Bank.
"We have used ourselves to building without APBD, including in this place. In particular, we want to thank KLB J Trust Bank Yang for building this, so that in any way the Ministry of Finance and City Hall did not touch it, but the design we agreed together," he explained.
