Pajero Drivers Who Claim To Be Citizens Of The Sunda Nusantara Empire Are Charged With Multiple Articles

JAKARTA - The Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya has ticketed a driver named Rusdi Karepesina who did not use a vehicle number according to the regulations. The police used layered articles against Rusdi Karepesina who claimed to be a citizen of the Sunda Nusantara Empire.

"The first is with the Traffic Law, there are many violations, namely he does not use a motorized vehicle number as issued by the National Police, namely Article 280 of the Traffic Law," said Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Director Kombes Sambodo Purnono Yogo to reporters on Wednesday. , May 5.

In addition, drivers who drive Pajero cars with police numbers SN-45-RSD are also accused of Article 288 paragraph 1 of the Traffic Law. The reason was that he insisted that the car he was driving used was the identity of the Sunda Nusantara Empire.

"Then when asked for the STNK he even showed the STNK from the Sunda Nusantara Empire. He could not show the STNK issued by the National Police so that it violated Article 288 paragraph 1 of the Traffic and Road Transportation Law. The threat was 2 months and a fine of Rp. 500 thousand," said Sambodo.

Furthermore, Rusdi Karepesina is also subject to regulations related to driving license (SIM). Because Rusdi also believes that the Sunda Nusantara Empire SIM is valid.

"Unable to show a valid driver's license so he will be subject to Article 288 paragraph 2. So he will be subject to 3, Article 280, Article 288 paragraph 1 and Article 288 paragraph 2," said Sambodo.

The Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) Polda Metro Jaya previously secured a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport car driver named Rusdi Karepesina.

The Pajero driver was secured because he used a number plate, vehicle certificate and a fictitious state driver's license bearing the State of the Empire of Sunda Nusantara.

In a photo circulating on Wednesday, May 5, the black Pajero Sport car uses a blue number plate and white numbers with the number 'SN 45 RSD'.

This car was caught in a raid at the toll gate of Cawang, East Jakarta. When questioned by the police, Rusdi and one of his passengers claimed to be citizens of the Sunda Nusantara Empire State.
