NBA 2K26 Officially Launched On September 5 For Consoles And PCs
JAKARTA - 2K has officially announced that its newest game, NBA 2K26 will be available from September 5, 2025 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series XS, Xbox One, PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Initial access starts on August 29, 2025 at 09.00 PDT at around 23.00 WIB on the same day for players on PS5, Xbox Series X'S, and PCs who buy Superstar Edition or Leave No Doubt Edition.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Point Guard Oklahoma City Thunder, MVP KIA 2024-25, and NBA Final MVP, will be the cover stars of NBA 2K26 Standard Edition.
Meanwhile, Angel Reese, Forward Chicago Sky, WNBA All-Star, members of Team All-Ronie 2024, and Champion of NCAA, will appear in the exclusive WNBA Edition GameStop (physical edition specifically for the United States).
Carmelo Anthony, 10-time NBA All-Star, three Olympic gold medalists, 75th NBA Anniversary Team members, and 2025 Hall of Fame candidates, became the face of Superstar Edition.
NBA 2K26 features a new ProPLAY feature, strengthening Gen 9's experience with updated dynamic movements, size-ups, and more immersive gameplay.
Players can build a new MyPLAYER, explore a redesigned MyCAREER, and compete in the new City.
MyTEAM mode is also back with new challenges, both singles and multiplayers. Meanwhile, at MyNBA, players can become General Managers and bring the team to the championship with 30 different storylines.
