Hasto Kristiyanto's Trial Colored By The KPK Support Demo

JAKARTA - PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto's trial was marked by a demonstration of support for the KPK. This was seen in front of the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday, July 10.

Hasto Kristiyanto was sentenced to 7 years in prison in the alleged bribery of interim replacement (PAW) DPR member Harun Masiku and the obstruction of the investigation. At the trial which took place today, it is scheduled for the reading of the pledoi Hasto on the charges. Ruhut Sitompul was seen present at the trial.

As previously reported, PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto was sentenced to prison. Hasto is considered by the prosecutor guilty of obstructing the investigation and bribery of former KPU Commissioner Wahyu Setiawan regarding the management of the interim replacement (PAW) for members of the DPR for the 2019-2024 period, Harun Masiku.
