Chery Books More Than 2,500 Orders For Tiggo 8 CSH Since Launch Last May
JAKARTA - PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) has been successful with the Tiggo 8 CSH model since its launch last May. The Pioneer of Super Hybrid Chery (CSH) technology managed to record more than 2,500 Vehicle Ordering Letters (SPK).
This achievement led to Chery Tiggo 8 CSH making a new history in the country's automotive industry, by becoming the first PHEV model to successfully reach the sale of thousands of units in just a matter of months after launch.
Head of Brand & Marketing Department of PT Chery Sales Indonesia, Rifkie Setiawan, expressed his happiness for the success of Tiggo 8 CSH which reflects the high enthusiasm of Indonesian consumers for Super Hybrid's Chery technology. The surge in sales and positive response from visitors are also proof that Chery is increasingly trusted as the automotive brand chosen by the Indonesian people.

The presence of Chery Tiggo 8 CSH is also an important pillar in pushing the company's ambitious sales target of 2,000 units per month. Consistently, Chery's sales figures continued to show an increasing trend since January, until its peak in June 2025, managed to surpass 2,000 retail sales units nationwide.
This form of appreciation, the Chinese brand began sending the car to consumers. In fact, since the launch until the period of June 2025, more than 1,200 units of Tiggo 8 CSH have reached the Chery Family garage.
In specifications, the Chery Tiggo 8 CSH is equipped with a 1.5L turbo ACTECO H4J15 engine developed specifically for the Super Hybrid Chery platform. This machine generates 143 PS (105 kW) power and 215 Nm torque. In addition, the Tiggo 8 CSH is also equipped with an electric motor that produces an additional power of up to 204 PS and a 310 Nm torque. The total combined power and torque of the gasoline and electric motor engines reaches 240 Ps and 310 Nm.
